Centcom primarily uses VoIP for the agent voice channel(s). Additionally, SIP trunking is available for outgoing calls.
Clients have the ability to display any valid phone number for outgoing calls. Additionally, a dynamic map can be built to match the area code of the called number. Lastly, depending on the carrier capabilities, a caller name can be pushed through alongside with the caller ID number.

A single audio channel uses very little bandwidth. In fact, one hundred kilobytes suffices, which is a fraction of a normal wireless connection.
Centcom can use your north american phone number provided by Vonage (or any other carrier) to establish the agent voice connection without problems.
There is no minimal requirement to open a Centcom Account but we do recommend a minimum commitment based on either log on hours, or number of agents in your team. This allows us to ensure you make the most out of the tools at your disposal.
You do not need to sign a long-term contract with us to get your own Centcom account.
With Centcom, you pay only for the service you use. Our pay as you go services allow you to have peace of mind.
Since our platform is cloud-based, any agent with a computer and a headset can log in to their account, provided a suitable Internet connection is available.
